- Step 5: Publish a notice about the name change in a national newspaper.
- Step 6: Submit a scanned copy of the newspaper notice to OCR.
- Step 7: Change the company's name in the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and bank records. Also, update the name where your business is registered.
Note: Apply for a unique name during the name-change process. Change the company's stamp, logo, and letterhead after the name change. Update everything before creating formal documents, like bills, official letters, or advertising materials.

Follow these steps to change your company address in Nepal:
- Step 1: Start by passing a resolution to officially change the company's address.
- Step 2: Submit the meeting minutes to the Office of Company Registrar (OCR).
- Step 3: Collect the approved document from the Office of Company Registrar.
- Step 4: Submit an application with approved documents for a change of address at the local ward office.
- Step 5: Submit the documents provided by OCR and the ward office to the Inland Revenue Department (IRD). They will provide a letter for the new IRD office.
- Step 6: Submit the letter provided by IRD to the new IRD office along with the new rent agreement.
- Step 7: Update the changed company address with your bank. Also, update it with other registered entities.
